What are the differences between ad-hoc servicing and contract basis?
The process is the same for ad-hoc servicing and contract basis, the biggest advantage would be it’s economical value and ease of mind.
Contract basis
Clean air filters, fan coil and cover
Vacuum and clear drainage system
Inspect all electrical components and connections
Test overall system performance
Give recommendations for aircon units.

$60 checking fee after 1 month grace period
Examples are based off a quarterly (4x service a year) service schedule.
Cosy has been in the airconditoning industry since 1980s, we have serviced plentiful of units, with the assurance of experience in one hand, and service in the other. We won’t disappoint.
We charge a flat rate of $60 for 1 FCU, and $20 for any additional FCUs. *
We also offer yearly packages which are more economically friendly and offer much more benefits.
*Prices are applicable for typical residential units only, and non-CBD areas. Do check with us for the rates if you’re unsure.
AdHoc Services
We offer a one month warranty from our last servicing date.
Package/Contract customers
For the duration of the contract, we offer free troubleshooting and complain attendances.
